In an interview with IRIB on Sunday, Velayati said that, "This unprecedented attempt is aimed at creating their desired changes".
He noted that all these programs first of all started in Syria and then reached Iraq, Yemen and also Pakistan; given the presence of the so-called "Daesh" ["ISIL"] in Northern Afghanistan their future program is against China in the vast Asian country’s Xinjiang province.
He condemned the Saudi aggressions against Yemen and said, "These attacks are in line with the same policies of the US and the Zionists in the region."
