Protesters in Canada’s city of Vancouver took to the streets to condemn the US-led Saudi aggression on Yemen, which so far has taken the lives of close to 1,800 people and wounded 7,330 others since the start of the attack in March.

Saudi Arabia has been conducting military strikes against Yemen since March 26. The US-led Saudi aggression has been taking place without a UN mandate and in a bid to undermine the Houthi Ansarullah movement and to restore power to fugitive former President Abd Rabbuh Mansour Hadi, who is a close ally of Saudi Arabia.

According to the United Nations [UN], over 1,800 people have been killed and 7,330 wounded since March 19 as a result of the conflict in Yemen.
