The city of Zinjibar in Abyan province has witnessed on Monday artillery shelling between Hadi forces and the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) militia, a new violation of the Saudi truce in the occupied province.
According to local sources, powerful explosions rocked the city, with renewed shelling between Islah militias and the STC militias on the outskirts of the city.
The warring parties agreed to a three-day temporary truce under Saudi pressure and tribal mediation.
