Iranian Parliament's General Director for International Affairs Hossein Amir-Abdollahian said Yemen has turned into an important base for terrorists in the shadow of war aimed at security of free waters, referring to Saudi Arabia’s attacks on the country and the over-growing crisis in the impoverished Arab state.
The Palestine Intifada Conference Secretary General Amir-Abdollahian made the remarks in a meeting with Vietnamese Ambassador to Iran Nguyen Hong Thach on Sunday.
Abdollahian also stated that the US under Trump or Obama has not taken any effective action to fight against terrorism in the region.
