Four Yemeni civilians were wounded and two schools were destroyed when the Saudi aggression fighter jets launched a series of strikes on different areas of Saada province on Friday, a security official told the country’s state-run news agency Saba.

The warplane hit Muthalath al-Madhah area three times, wounding four civilians wounded and damaging their vehicle in Monabah district.

Meanwhile, the fighter jets launched two strikes on Wabalah School in al-Dhaher district, four raids on Abdullah bin Masaud School in Razah district and one airstrike on a house in the same area, destroying all three buildings, stated the official.

Saudi Arabia began its deadly campaign against Yemen in late March 2015. The strikes were meant to undermine the Houthi Ansarullah movement and restore power to fugitive former president Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi.

About 11,403 people have been killed and over 19,343 injured since Riyadh launched the airstrikes. The Saudi aggression has also taken a heavy toll on Yemen’s facilities and infrastructure.
