Yemen’s Supreme Council for Civil Society Organizations condemned on Saturday the massacres committed by the Saudi aggression against Rubaie and Mokha areas of Taiz province.
The massacres claimed the lives of 18 people and wounded 16 others.
In a statement, the council said that the massacres are part of the criminal acts committed by the Saudi aggression against civilians in the country and a decisive evidence of targeting children and women as well as destroying the infrastructure amid the silence of the UN and the international community.
The council demanded the United Nations and the Security Council to bear its legal and humanitarian responsibility to protect civilians and put an end to the Saudi crimes committed against the Yemeni people.
