The Yemeni army and popular forces repelled infiltration attempts by Saudi-paid mercenaries to move into Dhubab area of Taiz governorate, killing dozens, an official told the state-run news agency Saba on Tuesday.
The operations took place on Monday, from early morning until the evening hours. The mercenaries were covered by US-Backed Saudi aggression warplanes and warships.
Over 30 airstrikes were carried out by the enemy to back their failed attempts.
It was the third straight day of botched mercenaries' attempts in the area.
