The Yemeni Police and popular committees seized foreign smuggled goods in three cars in Hais district of al-Hodeidah province on Monday, a police official told the state-run news agency Saba.
The cars carried 602 boxes of cigarettes and some 146 boxes of pesticides.
The Police referred the owners for investigation.
