Several Saudi-paid mercenaries were killed and injured by the Yemeni army and popular forces’ retaliatory attacks in Taiz province, a security official said on Tuesday.
The army and popular committees` artillery forces pounded the mercenary positions in Al-Hariqiah village, inflicting heavy losses among them.
Yemeni forces have been engaged in retaliatory attacks against the Saudi forces deployed in the country as well as targets inside Saudi Arabia.
