Saudi Aggression Warplanes Continue Breaching Ceasefire

The Saudi-led coalition warplanes continued over the past hours breaching the cease-fire declared by the United Nations, officials said on Saturday.

At least three civilians were killed in an air strike that targeted citizen`s houses in Mafrag Baqim district of the northern province of Saada.

In Marib, Saudi air forces launched four air raids against the center of Serwah district, while the Saudi-paid militats fired artillery and missiles targeted the army and popular forces` sites in Malh and al-Rabiah areas of the district.

In Sana’a province, Saudi fighter jets waged two raids on Bani Hushish district and another two on Nagail Ban Gailan mountainous highway of Nehm district, northeast of the capital.

In the southeast province of Al-Baidha, the militants targeted the army and popular forces in Qevh, al-Zahir, Mukeiras and Dhi Naim districts with light and medium weapons.

In the southeastern province of Shabwa, the Saudi-paid militants shelled with various weapons the Yemeni army military positions in Usaylan district.

In Taiz province, the Saudi-paid mercenaries used heavy and medium weapons to attack the provincial capital city. The mercenaries shelling also targeted the national army’s positions in Qushabah, Omari Dhubab, Karash areas in west of Taiz, as well as al-Wazeih district.

Meanwhile, the allied forces repelled an attempt by the mercenaries to advance toward Jarah Mount.

In Jawf province, the fighter jets launched two strikes on al- Ghayl district as the army and popular forces repelled two attempts by the mercenaries to advance from al-Saber area to Sakia area and the other attempt towards Wafz area in al-Maslob district.

In the meantime, the army and popular forces bombed mercenaries’ military vehicles in al-Moton district.

Heading southwest to Lahj province, the national army and popular forces repelled the mercenaries’ attempts to advance towards the national forces’ sites in Kahbub area.

In Al Dhalee, the mercenaries fired light and medium weapons against residents’ houses in Ramah, Nasah, Goz al-Kasabh and Shaleil villages, killing a citizen and wounding another in Shaleil village.

In the northwestern province of Hajja, the allied forces foiled an attempt by the Saudi troops to advance toward the port of Tabat al-Sahil in the port city of Medi, security officials said.

In Saada’s Al-Buqa area, the army and popular forces repelled Saudi-paid mercenaries attempting to infiltrate towards the border crossing point of al-Buqa.

Elsewhere in Asir region, on the Yemeni northern border, the army and popular forces held off another attempt of the mercenaries to advance on al-Shaibani Galal area.

Saudi Arabia began its deadly campaign against Yemen in late March 2015. The strikes were meant to undermine the Houthi Ansarullah movement and restore power to fugitive former president Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi.

About 10,000 people have been killed and over 16,000 injured since Riyadh launched the airstrikes. The Saudi aggression has also taken a heavy toll on Yemen’s facilities and infrastructure.

Yemeni forces have been engaged in retaliatory attacks against the Saudi forces deployed in the country as well as targets inside Saudi Arabia.
