Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah on Wednesday emphasized that the Saudi war on Yemen does not have political goals and has turned to reflect KSA regime’s grudge and hatred towards the Yemenis whose country has been always the land of civilization unlike the desert of Najd (Saudi Arabia).

"The Saudi war on the Yemeni people does not seem to be fought on the basis of achieving political goals, but reflects the level of grudge and revenge. This form of crime which grinds humans, stone, children and adults, and targets everything in Yemen is Saudi Arabia’s Wahhabi hatred war," said during his speech in a Hezbollah crowded ceremony to mark the Tenth of Muharram in Beirut’s southern suburbs (Dahiyeh).

The Secretary-General added Saudi considers that Yemen must always be subject to its will and rejects that the Yemenis act independently and courageously and seek sovereignty.

Sayyed Nasrallah confirmed that as in Karbala, Yemenis sacrifice in the face of the Saudi war, but they courageously and steadfastly confront it, pointing out "In Yemen, there are hundreds of thousands of fighters who are ready to rub Saudi nose in the dirt."

Hezbollah Secretary General offered deep condolences to the Yemeni people over the martyrdom of a great number of citizens, stressing that their steadfastness will defeat the Saudi arrogance.

Nasrallah stated that this year’s Ashura marches "is a declaration of solidarity with the Yemeni people, its leaders, and its army and popular committees."
