Saudi-led coalition fighter jets launched on Friday night several airstrikes against various Yemeni areas.
The warplanes launched late on Friday night seven air raids on Hodayda port city targeting the Central Security camp as well as residential areas in Kamaran Island.
Meanwhile, a citizen was killed in a Saudi air raid on Khawlan district of Sana’a province.
The fighter jets targeted a farm alongside a public road that linking Mareb province and Khawlan, killing a citizen and damaging the farm.
The fighter jets targeted the house of the citizen in Habbab valley in the district, killing him and injuring several others.
Saudi Arabia began its deadly campaign against Yemen in late March 2015. The strikes were meant to undermine the Houthi Ansarullah movement and restore power to fugitive former president Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi.
About 10,000 people have been killed and over 16,000 injured since Riyadh launched the airstrikes. The Saudi aggression has also taken a heavy toll on Yemen’s facilities and infrastructure.
The United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights has expressed "deep concern" over increasing attacks against civilians in Yemen with a total of 180 civilians killed in one month.
