One person was killed and two others were wounded in Saudi-led coalition airstrike in the Baqa area of the northern province of Sa’ada.

According to "Al-Maseera Net", the Saudi fighter jets renewed their air raids as soon as the emergency workers arrived in the site.

The Saudi-led aggression also targeted several areas in the Raza district.

On Sunday, the Saudi-led coalition war planes launched airstrikes in the Ghafer area of Sa’ada province killing 30 people including women and children.

Saudi Arabia began its deadly campaign against Yemen in late March 2015. The strikes were meant to undermine the Houthi Ansarullah movement and restore power to fugitive former president Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi.

About 8,300 people have been killed and over 16,000 injured since Riyadh launched the airstrikes. The Saudi aggression has also taken a heavy toll on Yemen’s facilities and infrastructure.
