The US-backed Saudi-led coalition fighter jets renewed their airstrikes on residential neighbors in Yemen’s provinces on Saturday.
Saudi warplanes targeted Sirwah District in Marib province, east of the country resulting in the destruction of seven houses.
Two air raids targeted mount Al-Maraha in Imran province, and several other airstrikes hit Mount Abla in Sa’ada province.
Later in the day, Saudi fighter jets launched an airstrike at the Arqoub area in Kholan district of Sana’a province.
In the southern Lahij province, where the army and popular committees are advancing, coalition warplanes launched three air raids on the Houmi area.
Yemen has been under military attacks by Saudi Arabia since March 26. The Saudi military strikes were launched with the aim of undermining Ansarullah and bringing fugitive former president of Yemen, Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi, back to power.
More than 8,300 people have been killed and over 16,000 others injured since the Saudi aerial aggression began. The Saudi war has also taken a heavy toll on Yemen’s facilities and infrastructure.
