In response to the continuous Saudi-led coalition airstrikes against innocent civilians, Yemen’s army backed by the popular committees and the Ansarullah movement targeted the southern border of Najran, killing one Saudi soldier.
The US-backed Saudi-led coalition issued a statement on Wednesday declaring Sergeant Ahmed Al-Mubti of the Saudi ground forces has been killed in shelling on the southern border in Najran.
The leadership of the coalition forces has announced a seven-day cease-fire starting midday Tuesday.
However, it has continuously breached the truce, launcing airstrikes across the country.
