The Yemeni army backed by the popular committees thwarted an infiltration attempt by Saudi-backed mercenaries in Dhalea province, a military source said on Thursday.
According to the source, the aggression mercenaries tried to advance towards army positions in Qatabbah front but were foiled by Yemeni forces.
The source confirmed that the mercenaries suffered heavy losses during the attack.
