The drone force of the Yemeni army launched two wide-range operations against Saudi Arabia’s Abha International Airport on Saturday.
Brigadier General Yahya Saree, the spokesperson of Yemen’s Armed Forces, said one of the military operations targeted Abha International Airport and the gas station in the airport with Qasef-2K drones, adding that “the targets were hit with high accuracy”.
Saree disclosed that the second operation accurately targeted the control tower of the airport.
“These targeting are a response to the crimes of the aggression, its ongoing siege and continuous raids,” the spokesperson confirmed in a press conference.
The Saudi-led coalition launched 26 airstrikes during the past 48 hours according to Saree.
