The spokesperson of the Yemeni army on Tuesday disclosed that “the armed forces possess missile systems that are yet to be unveiled”, adding that the missiles have been tested successfully on the battlefield.
During a press conference, Yahya Saree underscored the right of the Yemeni people to develop military equipment, stressing that “all our strategic and conventional weapons are of defensive nature. The development of the military equipment is due to the blatant aggression against Yemen.”
On Sunday, the Yemeni army showcased new domestically-made military hardware, including ballistic and winged missiles as well as drones.
Saree applauded the “honorable and free” Yemeni people for their contribution to the advancements in military production.
