The Yemeni army and popular forces carried out an attack on the sites of the Saudi-paid mercenaries in Nehm, a military official told the state-run news agency Saba on Tuesday.
The army secured a number of military sites and killed dozens of mercenaries. Several militants were captured in the operation.
The source pointed out that the allied forces also seized weapons and military equipment.
