The Saudi aggression warplanes launched three airstrikes on Shada district of Saada province, one of them with a cluster bomb, an official told the state-run news agency Saba on Saturday.
The airstrikes caused serious damage to the district.
The enemy fighter jets also waged an airstrike on al-Sabah area in al-Dhaher district of the same province, the official added.
Through the March 2015-present military campaign, Saudi Arabia has been unsuccessfully seeking to return power to Yemen’s former president Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi.
The Yemeni army and allied fighters have been defending the nation against the invasion, which has claimed over 11,400 lives, according to the latest tallies.
