Yemen’s foreign minister Hisham Sharaf met on Wednesday with the charge d’affaires of UNICEF office in Sana’a.
The nomination papers of the new UNICEF representative to Yemen were submitted, during the meeting, as well as the discussion of the UNICEF office activity and expanding its programs.
Sharaf renewed his call to the UN offices operating in Yemen to resume working in the Yemeni capital, confirming the keenness of the National Salvation Government in providing support and the necessary facilities for the success of their performance.
