The US-backed Saudi aggression warplanes launched a series of raids on various areas in Najran, Jizan, and Saada governorate, a military official told state-run news agency Saba on Thursday.
In Najran, the warplanes targeted Al Shrfa area five times.
In Jizan, the airstrikes hit kamr village in AL khoba area twice as well as another on kaem Zabed and three raids on Al Toal border area.
In Saada, the air raids targeted Wadi Aljbara valley in Kotaf district, causing heavy damage to property
of citizens.
Saudi Arabia began its deadly campaign against Yemen in late March 2015. The strikes were meant to undermine the Houthi Ansarullah movement and restore power to fugitive former president Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi.
About 11,403 people have been killed and over 19,343 injured since Riyadh launched the airstrikes. The Saudi aggression has also taken a heavy toll on Yemen’s facilities and infrastructure.
