A mother and her three children were killed when a US-backed Saudi aggression warplane struck her home in Bakim district of Saada province, a security official told Saba on Thursday.
The attack that took place overnight, targeted house of citizen Jabir Jubran, and the victims were his wife and his three children.
Targeting civilians by Saudi air attacks occurs on a daily basis in Yemen.
Saudi Arabia began its deadly campaign against Yemen in late March 2015. The strikes were meant to undermine the Houthi Ansarullah movement and restore power to fugitive former president Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi.
About 11,400 people have been killed and over 16,000 injured since Riyadh launched the airstrikes. The Saudi aggression has also taken a heavy toll on Yemen’s facilities and infrastructure.
