The rocketry forces of the Yemeni army fired two ballistic missiles on gatherings of US-backed Saudi-paid mercenaries in Eyedah area northeast of Nehm district overnight, a military official told Saba on Monday.

The missiles, which were locally modified ballistic Scud missiles (Zilzal II), hit the targets accurately and left scores of the troops dead.

Yemeni forces have been engaged in retaliatory attacks against the Saudi forces deployed in the country as well as targets inside Saudi Arabia.
