Saudi-led Coalition Fires Cluster Bombs Against Several Provinces

The Saudi-led aggression’s warplanes intensified their attacks against a number of governorates on Friday. The fighter jets fired cluster bombs against several provinces.

A military source stated that the Saudi aggression launched several airstrikes against the governorates of Saada, Sana’a, Mareb, Jawf, Hajjah, Hudaidah, Shabwa and Taiz.

Elsewhere, the Saudi-paid mercenaries continued their aggression in Taiz province continued, attacking a number of residential areas in the city.

Saudi Arabia began its deadly campaign against Yemen in late March 2015. The strikes were meant to undermine the Houthi Ansarullah movement and restore power to fugitive former president Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi.

About 10,000 people have been killed and over 16,000 injured since Riyadh launched the airstrikes. The Saudi aggression has also taken a heavy toll on Yemen’s facilities and infrastructure.
