At least three civilians have been killed and several others wounded in
Saudi Arabia’s latest airstrikes against Yemen.

The civilian casualties came on Tuesday after Saudi fighter jets targeted the al-Silw district in the southwestern Yemeni province of Ta’iz.

Saudi warplanes also carried out raids against two Yemeni military bases in the capital, Sana’a. There has been no report of possible casualties there.

Yemen has been under constant military attacks by Saudi jet fighters since late March.

The Saudi military strikes are aimed at undermining the popular Ansarullah movement, and restore power to fugitive former president Abd Rabbuh Mansour Hadi, a staunch Saudi ally.

More than 7,500 people have been killed and over 14,000 others injured since March.
