CEO of the Yemeni Petroleum Company (YPC) Ammar al-Adhrai said Tuesday that the oil trucks that Saudi-led coalition has allowed them to enter Yemen covers only what accounts 20 percent of the local market’s need per day.

In a statement to Al-Masirah TV Channel, al-Adhrai explained that “most of the quantity present in the land crossings does not conform to the specifications, yet the owners insist on entering it at a high price.”

He pointed out that the coalition insists on denying its humanitarian responsibility from holding oil ships by sending some fuel-loaded locomotives.
