The Yemeni army backed by the popular committees on Saturday managed to foil an infiltration attempt carried out by Saudi-led coalition’s mercenaries towards army positions in Hodeidah province, western Yemen, a military official said.
According to the official, the mercenaries tried to advance towards Sha’ab village in Hays district but were foiled by the army.
Moreover, the Saudi-led forces target the 50 Street and al-Dhubyani neighborhoods in the city with machine-guns.
Meanwhile, coalition warplanes launched two airstrikes on Sirwah district in Marib and an airstrike on Khub Washaef district in Jwaf province.
