The head of the Yemeni National Delegation Mohammed Abdulsalam confirmed that Yemen has been calling for the maintenance of the Safer tanker from an earlier period.
“From an early stage, we have been calling for the maintenance of the Safer tanker, but the US-backed forces of aggression have deliberately … put obstacles and prevented any maintenance,” Mohammed Abdulsalam said on Twitter Account.
He blamed the Saudi-led coalition for all the consequences of any leakage from the oil tanker.
“Washington is also responsible for providing political cover and military support for the continuation of the aggression and the blockade,” Abdulsalam added.
