Yemen’s Ambassador to Tehran Ibrahim Mohammad Mohammad al-Deilami paid a visit to the family of Iran’s top general Lt. Gen. Qassem Soleimani in Tehran to offer condolences and blessings.
Al-Deilami conveyed the deepest sympathy of Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badreddin al-Houthi, the leader of the Houthi Ansarullah movement, to Soleimani’s family.
Al-Deilami also explained that the Yemeni people pledged to continue fighting against the Zionist-American projects.
On January 8, Sayyed al-Houthi described the assassination of Lt. Gen. Soleimani and Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis as a true example of aggression.
“The US is not rightful to do any military operation in Iraq,” he underlined. “US’ presence in the region will improve conspiracies, stabilize colonization and suppresses regional nations.”
Al-Houthi also lauded Iran’s missile strikes against US airbases in Iraq.
