Yemen’s armed forces announced on Monday that it had launched a military operation targeting the “camps of the invading forces and their spies” in Mocha.
Nine ballistic missiles and more than 20 guided drones were used in the
operation, dubbed ‘If you return, we will return’, the army spokesperson Yahya Saree said in a press conference.
According to Saree, the operation killed and injured 350 Saudi, Emirati and Sudanese fighters from the Saudi-led coalition.
It also destroyed five weapons stores, many vehicles and armored vehicles.
Saree emphasized that the Yemeni Armed Forces “will not stand idly by and will respond strongly to the enemy’s aggressions, violations and breaches in Hodeida and the western coast.”
The forces will also foil “all conspiracies against the Yemen of belief, wisdom, patience, endurance and victory,” Saree concluded
