The leader of Yemen’s Ansarullah movement Sayyed Abdul Malek Al-Houthi met on Tuesday with UN Special Envoy to Yemen Martin Griffiths.
During the meeting, Sayyed Houthi and Grifiths discussed prospects for a comprehensive political settlement in Yemen as well as means to deliver humanitarian and economic relief.
Sayyed Houthi underscored Yemen’s commitments to ending the crisis, pointing to the initiative launched by the head of the Supreme Political Council Mahdi Al-Mashat.
Sayyed Houthi also highlighted the release of hundreds of prisoners from the Saudi-led aggression forces, adding that this is attributed to the Yemeni determination to reach a solution.
