Yemen’s Defence Minister Major General Mohammad Nasser al-Atafi has praised the great triumphs of the Yemeni army against the Saudi-led aggression coalition and its mercenaries.
The praise came during the minister’s visit to sites of the army in the al-Ajashar dessert of Jawf province.
The minister delivered his speech before the army and fighters in the province, conveying his greetings and the congratulations of the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyid Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, as well as of the President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi al-Mashat, on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr.
“We are proud to have been in the military sites with our army and fighters defending homeland and its sovereignty from the foreign aggression,” al-Atafi said.
Al-Atafi affirmed that there is progress and development in various military industrial fields for the purpose of rebuilding the armed forces in order to confront the challenges facing the Yemeni people.
