The head of Yemen’s National Delegation, Mohammed Abdulsalam meet with UN envoy to Yemen Martin Griffith to discuss the Hodeida agreement and the obstacles facing the implementation of the two-phase deployment plan.
“We have discussed some proposals and ideas to push for implementation in accordance with a clear and consistent path that prevents the escalation and does not pose any threat to the city or the port,” Abdulsalam said.
He pointed out that the Saudi-backed team prevented the implementation of the Sweden agreement by introducing new conditions.
