Sana’a’s Teachers & Students Protest Saudi Aggression Against Yemen

Local Editor

Students and teachers in the Yemeni capital Sana’a staged protests on Wednesday in condemnation of Saudi Arabia’s continuing campaign against their country, which includes both military attacks and a crippling blockade.

A number of schools took part in the protests rallies.

Participants also reiterated calls on the international community to pressure the Saudis into ending the war and lifting the siege.

Saudi Arabia and a number of its regional allies launched a devastating military campaign against Yemen in March 2015, with the aim of bringing the resigned regime of Hadi back to power and crushing the country’s popular Houthi Ansarullah movement.
