The Lebanese resistance movement Hezbollah denied accusations by the Saudi-led coalition bombing Yemen of transferring ballistic missiles to Yemen.
Hezbollah's military media said in a statement published by Al-Manar television channel that the party denied “the coalition’s accusations of transferring ballistic missiles from the southern suburb of Lebanon to Yemen.”
The statement described the accusations as "lies that cause ridiculing."
The spokesman for the Saudi-led coalition, Colonel Turki al-Maliki, said in an interview with CNN that "evidence was provided to the world that Iran is involved in supporting the Houthis," claiming "the smuggling of the weapons did not start in Iran. It started in the suburbs of Beirut and goes all the way to Syria, it goes to Iran and through the sea it comes to … Yemen.”
