The Yemeni army and popular forces shot dead three Saudi soldiers in Jizan province, a military official told the state-run news agency Saba on Thursday.
The soldiers were killed in military sites of Al Faraidha, Malhmah and Al Dufainah.
Moreover, the national forces hit groups of Saudi soldiers in military site of Al Shabakah and bombed a Saudi military vehicle in Al Masahah site, killing its crew members, the official added.
Saudi Arabia has been leading a destructive military campaign against Yemen since March 2015 to reinstate former president Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi and crush the Houthi movement.
The campaign has seriously damaged the country’s infrastructure. Local Yemeni sources have put the death toll from the Saudi war at over 12,000, including many women and children.
