The Saudi-led coalition fighter jets continued bombarding houses and properties over the past hours in several Yemeni provinces, a military official told the state-run news agency Saba on Tuesday.

The Saudi-paid mercenaries fired bullets on a child in Al Maton district of Jawf province, seriously wounding the kid.

In Taiz province, the war planes launched seven strikes on Al Omeri camp Dhubaba district and a raid on Khalid camp in Mawza'a district, as well as five raids on Al Mazraqa area of Hajjah province.

Moreover, three air raids targeted Al Duraihmi district of Hodeida province, one raid hit Al Aqabah area in Haydan district and another struck Al Dhaher district of Saada province. Coalition jets also launched two strikes on Al Amoud site of Jizan province, the official added.

Saudi Arabia has been leading a destructive military campaign against Yemen since March 2015 to reinstate former president Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi and crush the Houthi movement.

The campaign has seriously damaged the country’s infrastructure. Local Yemeni sources have put the death toll from the Saudi war at over 12,000, including many women and children.
