Infiltrators Trying to Split GPC National Alliance with Ansarullah: Saleh

Former Yemeni president and head of the General People’s Congress party (GPC), Ali Abdullah Saleh, said that those who were trying to split GCP national alliance with the Houthi Ansarullah movement are only the Saudi aggression’s infiltrators.

In a statement published on his official Facebook, Saleh said that those who were trying to split the national alliance and cast doubt on the credibility of this alliance between the GPC and Ansarullah work on behalf of the aggression, and their schemes aim to harm the nation’s unity, the revolution, and the republic.

Saleh concluded his statement by saying that those mercenary infiltrators and collaborators are not member of any party, not the GPC nor the Ansarullah.

"The higher public interest of the nation requires doubling national efforts to confront the aggression and preserve the nation’s unity, security and stability," Saleh stressed.

Saudi Arabia has come under international opprobrium for the sheer size of the casualties from the war it is leading since March 2015 to crush the Houthi Ansarullah movement and bring back the former Yemeni government to power.

The offensive has so far killed 10,000 amid countless reports suggesting deliberate and indiscriminate targeting of civilian infrastructure by Saudi jets and mercenaries.
