A number of Saudi soldiers were killed and three military vehicles were bombed in unique operation carried out by the Yemeni army and popular forces in Al Kers military sites of Jaizn region on Tuesday, a military official told Saba.
The official said that the operation resulted in the killing of dozens of Saudi troops and wounded scores of others, spreading a panic among the enemies, the official added.
Yemen has been since March 26, 2015 under brutal aggression by Saudi-led coalition.
Thousands have been martyred and injured in the attack, with the vast majority of them are civilians.
Riyadh launched the attack on Yemen in a bid to restore power to fugitive ex-president Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi who is a close ally to Saudi Arabia.
