Mass Demonstration Scheduled for Friday

Yemen’s Supreme Revolutionary Committee Wednesday called on people to take part in a mass demonstration scheduled to be held on Friday in the capital Sana’a.

The demo dubbed "we are continuing with the revolution against crimes committed against the Yemeni people", comes within the framework to reveal the Saudi aggression crimes it is committing against the Yemeni people and he deliberate targeting of markets.

The committee pointed out to the importance of continuing to organize mass rallies so that the voice of the Yemeni people reach the world.

Yemen has been under military attacks by Saudi Arabia since late March last year. The Saudi military strikes were launched in a failed effort to undermine the popular Houthi Ansarullah movement and bring the former fugitive president back to power.

More than 8,300 people, among them 2,236 children, have been killed and 16,015 others injured since the start of the aggression. The strikes have also taken a heavy toll on the impoverished country’s facilities and infrastructure, destroying many hospitals, schools, and factories.
