Saudi-led coalition fighter jets launched Saturday an air raid on the capital Sana’a killing at least five civilians.
The airstrike targeted a car killing five people including a woman and three children.
Yemen’s Arabic-language al-Masirah news website reported that the people killed were the family members and relatives of "Ali Ali Sanad".
This incident comes a week after Saudi fighter jets targeted a market in the capital killing and wounding 55 people.
Saudi Arabia began its deadly campaign against Yemen in late March 2015. The strikes were meant to undermine the Houthi Ansarullah movement and restore power to fugitive former president Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi.
About 8,300 people have been killed and over 16,000 injured since Riyadh launched the airstrikes. The Saudi aggression has also taken a heavy toll on Yemen’s facilities and infrastructure.
