Coalition War Planes Continue Bombing Yemen

Saudi-led coalition fighter jets on Monday launched several airstrikes targeting the provinces of Jawf, Sa’ada, Taiz and Sahbwa.

Two airstrikes hit a poultry farm in Rakan in Riza District of Sa’ada province. Ten air raids targetd the areas of Ghayl and Saqiya in Jawf province.

Also two air raids hit the Omary schools in the Dhubab district of Taiz province. In Shabwa, two air raids targeted Nate’e area.

On Sunday, Saudi warplanes carried out multiple airstrikes on the western Sana’a province. They conducted two airstrikes on the Arhab district and two more aerial attacks against Hafa and Nahdain in al-Sabeen. The bombardments inflicted heavy damage to several houses and buildings.

Saudi fighter jets also raided the southwestern city of Ta’iiz four times and caused damage to a number of houses, government buildings and agricultural areas.

The aggressors also conducted three more airstrikes against the town of Herz in the northwestern province of Hajjah.

There were no immediate reports of possible casualties of the Sunday air raids.

Yemen has been under military attacks by Saudi Arabia since March 26. The Saudi military strikes were launched with the aim of undermining Ansarullah and bringing fugitive former president of Yemen, Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi, back to power.

More than 8,300 people have been killed and over 16,000 others injured since the Saudi aerial aggression began. The Saudi war has also taken a heavy toll on Yemen’s facilities and infrastructure.
