Saudi-led coalition fighter jets launched a series of airstrikes on several areas in Yemen.

Aggression warplanes targeted on Wednesday, a number of public and private facilities in the provinces of Marib, Sa’ada, and Hodeida.

According to Yemen’s Arabic-language al-Masirah news website, three air raids struck the medical center in Dabdaba and another ten airstrikes targeted Sirwah District in the central Mareb province.

Meanwhile, in the northern Sa’ada province, coalition fighter jets targeted in different parts of Razah Directorate.

Saudi Arabia began its deadly campaign against Yemen in late March 2015. The strikes were meant to undermine the Houthi Ansarullah movement and restore power to fugitive former president Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi.

About 8,300 people have been killed and over 16,000 injured since Riyadh launched the airstrikes. The Saudi aggression has also taken a heavy toll on Yemen’s facilities and infrastructure.

Yemeni forces have been engaged in retaliatory attacks against the Saudi forces deployed in the country as well as targets inside Saudi Arabia.
