The Saudi aggression war jets launched on Monday a series of raids on a number of areas in Sa’ada province.

The warplanes targeted a citizen’s home in Al al-Hamaqi area of the border Baqem district and destroyed it completely and caused damage to the nearby houses, a security official explained to Saba.

The Saudi war jets also launched four raids on Al al-Zamah area and three others raids on scattered areas of al-Dhaher district in the west of the province, which led to large destruction in the citizens’ houses and property.

Yemen has been under military attacks by Saudi Arabia since late March last year. The Saudi military strikes were launched to supposedly undermine the Ansarullah movement and bring the fugitive former president, Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi, back to power.

At least 8,278 people, among them 2,236 children, have been killed and 16,015 others injured since March 2015. The strikes have also taken a heavy toll on the impoverished country’s facilities and infrastructure, destroying many hospitals, schools, and factories.
