Saudi aerial aggression destroys communications network in Yemen's Amran

US-Saudi aerial aggression targeted on Tuesday the communications network in Dhi Bin district, Amran governorate.

A Yemeni security source said that the aggression’s warplanes launched two raids on the telecommunications network in the district, leading to its destruction. He pointed out that this crime was carried out by the aggression hours after targeting the communications network in Bani Sareem district in Amran with an airstrike that led to its complete destruction.

The source added that the aggression warplane threw 3 light bombs on the Khammer district in Amran.

For its part, Yemen Mobile company condemned the coalition’s targeting of the locations and stations of the communication network in the areas of Bani Ghaith and Tharwa in Amran governorate.

An official source for the company told Saba News Agency, that the aerial aggression destroyed the sites and stations of the communication network in the two regions, which led to a complete interruption of communications and internet services for the residents of several districts in Amran governorate.

The source pointed out that the coalition’s repeated and systematic targeting of the company's sites in more than one region in various governorates since the beginning of the aggression has incurred heavy losses to the company

The source held the countries of the aggression fully responsible for the deliberate targeting of the company's stations and towers in Amran and various governorates, indicating that the company provides its services to all the people of Yemen in a neutral and transparent manner.

The source appealed to the international organizations and the relevant authorities to put pressure on the countries of aggression to neutralize the telecommunications sector to ensure that the basic services of the citizens, guaranteed by international laws, are not compromised.
