This time, Saudi-led warplanes killed eight Yemeni civilians, including several beekeepers during airstrikes, a local official said on Thursday.
As warplanes pounded civilian areas in Bayhan, on the border between Shabwa and Marib provinces late on Wednesday, they hit a honey farm and "six beekeepers and two other civilians were killed by mistake," a local government official in Bayhan said.
Overnight, coalition Apache helicopters struck positions in Jufaineh, southwest of the provincial capital Marib, witnesses said.
Air strikes were also heard around Yemen’s capital, Sanaa.
Officials said the attacks forced the evacuation of hospitals nearby.
Also on Wednesday, the capital witnessed the heaviest attacks in recent weeks, with at one point more than 20 attacks being carried out in less than half an hour.
Yemeni media sources said earlier in the day that 26 people had been killed in Saudi-led airstrikes which left tens of others wounded in Taizz Province in Yemen.
Saudi warplanes also hit multiple positions in the provinces of Hajjah, Ma’rib, and Sa’ada.
