The Saudi-backed Hadi loyalists launched a new offensive in the Marib Governorate Wednesday targeting Houthi positions near the Rabe’a Canyon.

Hadi loyalists repeatedly attempted to break-through the Houthi front-lines. However, they were unsuccessful each time, as the revolutionary forces refused to yield any territory.

By mid-day, the Houthi forces had secured the Rabe’a Canyon, eliminating the last of Hadi’s forces fleeing the area.

This latest assault by the Saudi-backed Hadi loyalists comes just hours after the Houthi forces launched a powerful attack in the Nihm District of Sana’a, scoring a major victory at several axes.
