The Saudi-led aggression committed late Saturday a new massacre as its warplanes bombed a market in Yemen’s northwestern province of Saada.
The airstrike hit al-Moshnak market in Saada’s Shada governorate, killing at least 24 people, local sources reported.
The sources added that the strikes continued even after paramedics reach the scene of the attack and started evacuating the killed and the injured people, noting that the death toll could be more than 24.
Among the martyrs are members of relief teams who took part in evacuation operations, the sources confirmed.
Yemen has been since March 2015 under a brutal aggression by Saudi-led coalition. Tens of thousands of Yemenis have been injured and martyred in Saudi-led strikes, with the vast majority of them are civilians.
The coalition has been also imposing a blockade on the impoverished country’s ports and airports as a part of his aggression which is aimed at restoring power to fugitive former president Abdrabbuh Mansour Hadi.
However, the allied forces of the army and the committees have been heroically confronting the aggression with all means.
