The US-backed Saudi warplanes and its mercenaries continued targeting civilians and their properties in several provinces over the past 24 hours, a military official told the state-run news agency Saba on Tuesday.
At least 42 airstrikes targeted the provinces of Sana'a, Saada, Mareb, Taiz, Hajjah,and Saudi Arabia’s Jizan.
Three women and a little girl were wounded in the airstrikes on the civilian targets.
Saudi Arabia has been engaged in a deadly campaign against Yemen since March 2015 in an attempt to reinstall the former Yemeni government.
The offensive has claimed 12,000 lives and left 19,343 others wounded, according to figures compiled by the Legal Center for Rights and Development, a Yemeni non-governmental monitoring group.
